Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group plc is seeking a Leisure Club Attendant to ensure a welcoming, safe and efficient environment for club members. You will be trained through the Dalata Academy and have opportunities to grow within the group.

Reporting to the Club Vitae Manager/Supervisor, you will support in member queries, maintain club operations during opening hours, assist in marketing and upselling, and handle general cleaning and membership sales with a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours including mornings/evenings/weekends.
• Pool lifeguard certification and First Aid are essential.
• NCEF qualification or equivalent is also essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for members, dealing with queries in person, by phone or email.
• Ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours.
• Assist the Club Manager in marketing and upselling of the club.
• Carry out general cleaning duties.
• Administer membership enquiries and complete sales with customers.

Your Job:
