Job summary

Dalata Hotel Group in Ireland is recruiting a Leisure Club Attendant to be the friendly first point of contact for club members, handling queries in person, by phone or email. You will help run the club during hours and support the Club Manager with marketing and upselling.

Requirements include fluent English, flexible hours including mornings, evenings and weekends, lifeguard certification with First Aid, and NCEF qualifications. A great team player with career progression prospects is valued.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Pool lifeguard certification and First Aid are essential.
• NCEF qualification or the equivalent is also essential.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all members, dealing with queries in person, by phone/email
• Ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours
• Assist the Club Manager in the marketing/upselling of the club
• Carry out general cleaning duties
• Administer membership enquiries and complete the sale with the customer
