This is a customer-focused role where you’ll help create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for our hotel guests and leisure members. We’re looking for someone who is confident dealing with people, takes pride in high standards and can remain calm and professional in a busy environment.

• You will have worked in a leisure setting and be passionate about leisure and fitness
• You’re confident dealing with members, hotel guests and the general public
• You have a strong understanding of pool safety, health & safety and emergency procedures
• You’re calm, professional and able to respond appropriately in an emergency
• You’re reliable, punctual and have a strong work ethic
• You’re positive, helpful and enjoy working as part of a team, while also being comfortable working independently
• You take pride in maintaining a clean, safe and presentable leisure environment

• Ideally you will have a lifeguard or fitness/personal training qualification

The Role

As a Leisure Centre Attendant, you’ll help ensure the safe and smooth day-to-day operation of the leisure centre.

You’ll supervise the leisure centre area & reception, maintain safety standards, assist and engage with members and guests, respond to emergencies when required and ensure the leisure facilities are clean, tidy and welcoming at all times.
