Job summary

Cavan Crystal Hotel is recruiting a Leisure Attendant to join ZEST leisure club. This role can be full or part-time and focuses on smooth operation, customer service, and admin tasks within the leisure centre.

The ideal candidate is lifeguard certified (valid), fluent in English, with excellent communication skills and computer literacy. Availability for evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified and certified Lifeguard (certificate must be in date)
• Excellent communication/telephone techniques and be computer literate
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Monitor gym users to ensure safe use of equipment
• Take bookings and manage the booking system
• Assist in administration of the leisure club
• Assist in daily cleaning of the leisure club
• Maintain a safe swimming pool area for members and guests
• Help drive and process leisure club membership
• Shift work including evenings and weekends

Leisure Attendant

Cavan Crystal Hotel are currently recruiting for a Leisure Attendant to join our award winning team at ZEST leisure club in a full or part- time capacity. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Zest Leisure Centre. To ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded and to ensure the administration of hygiene, service and excellence, both manual and computerised, are carried out to the required standard.

About the role

The Ideal Candidate will:

• Fully qualified and certified Lifeguard (certificate must be in date)

• Excellent communication/telephone techniques and be computer literate

• Enjoy working with the public

• Must be a team player/ Fluency in English

• Enjoy working in a busy environment and works well under pressure

• Excellent customer service and the ability to build and maintain relationships with various stakeholders.

• Must be available Weekdays and Weekends.

• Must have REPS or other Gym qualification.

The Responsibilities include:
