Job summary

Radisson Blu Hotel, Cork is seeking a customer-focused Leisure Centre Attendant to join our team. This role helps create a safe, welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests and leisure members, with emphasis on high service standards in a busy environment.

You will supervise the leisure centre and reception, uphold safety rules and engage with members, ensuring facilities are clean, well-presented and inviting at all times.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in a leisure setting and passion for leisure and fitness.
• Confident dealing with members, hotel guests and the public.
• Strong understanding of pool safety, health & safety and emergency procedures.
• Calm, professional and able to respond appropriately in an emergency.
• Reliable, punctual and with a strong work ethic.
• Positive, helpful and a team player, able to work independently.
• Maintaining a clean, safe and presentable leisure environment.
• Customer-focused and committed to improving guest experience.
• Lifeguard or fitness/personal training qualification preferred.

Responsibilities
