APS Legal Ireland seeks an experienced Legal Executive to support conveyancing operations and ensure smooth legal processes. The role focuses on property acquisitions and sales, with preparation of accurate outputs and close collaboration with the conveyancing team.

You will review title deeds, prepare contracts, arrange signings, stamp and register deeds, and manage a comprehensive case tracker while maintaining high standards of accuracy and client service. Office-based with four days on-site.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a conveyancing role is essential.
  • Strong proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work to deadlines.
  • Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and client service.

Responsibilities

  • Review title deeds and prepare contracts and conveyancing documents.
  • Arrange signing meetings and issue signed documents.
  • Stamp and register deeds after purchases.
  • Liaise with clients, solicitors and stakeholders to progress matters.
  • Maintain a tracker of all active conveyancing cases.
  • Assist with drafting deeds of release and discharge.
  • Prepare and process invoices.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, confidential and compliant.
  • Utilise Word and Excel to prepare documents and manage data.
  • Work four days a week in the office.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedLegal Executiveto join our team, supporting key conveyancing operations and contributing to the smooth running of our legal processes.

Role Overview

The Legal Executive will play a key role in supporting the conveyancing team, assisting with property acquisitions and sales, and preparing accurate legal and administrative outputs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Initial review of title deeds received to prepare contracts and related conveyancing documents.
  • Arranging signing meetings with clients and issuing signed documents post-meeting.
  • Stamping and registering deeds post completion of purchases.
  • Liaise professionally with clients, solicitors, and external stakeholders to progress matters in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive tracker of all active conveyancing cases.
  • Assist with the drafting of deeds of release and discharge.
  • Prepare and process invoices in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Ensure all documentation is produced with a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.
  • Utilise Microsoft Word and Excel to prepare documents and manage data effectively.
  • 4 days a week in the office
