Job summary

DEEPCORE LABS PTE. LTD. in Dublin is seeking a legal professional to provide regulatory and commercial contract support across markets. You will draft, review and negotiate vendor, partnership and service agreements while aligning with business objectives.

You will coordinate with external counsel, interpret evolving regulations, and help implement practical frameworks to mitigate risk. This role requires strong drafting and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with a degree in law (LLB/JD or equivalent).
• 3–6 years of corporate, commercial or regulatory experience.
• Strong drafting, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple matters independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Exposure to international regulatory requirements is advantageous.

• Provide legal advice and support on regulatory agreements, licensing requirements, and compliance obligations across various markets.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple matters concurrently in a dynamic and fast paced environment.


• Exposure to international regulatory requirements is advantageous
