Job summary

Greystar is seeking a dedicated Leasing Associate for a Dublin community to drive occupancy and revenue through proactive leasing and outstanding resident service. You will conduct viewings, follow up on inquiries, manage documentation, and coordinate move-ins while delivering a first-class guest experience and hitting leasing targets.

Strong communication, organisational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and property software are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and sales experience in hospitality or related sectors.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• Fluent English verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Conducts sales and leasing activities including viewings, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Plans daily activities to maximise leasing numbers.
• Converts leads into viewing appointments and bookings.
• Keeps data capture systems and contact details updated accurately.
• Understands site room conversion and refurbishment plans.
• Welcomes on-site enquiries with exceptional customer service.
• Follows up on required documentation, contracts, and payments.
• Manages move-in and move-out processes and performs inspections.
• Responds to online and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Supports cross-selling and assists with community marketing activities.
• Maintains knowledge of community features and local area amenities.
