Job summary

Vitalograph, a global leader in medical respiratory diagnostics, seeks an LDD Workforce Development Specialist to design and deliver learning experiences that build organisational capability and align with Vitalograph’s strategic priorities.

Reporting to the LDD Senior Operations Lead, you will partner with Global HR, managers and subject matter experts to identify needs, manage the full training lifecycle, onboarding, competence and continuous development, and use data to improve learning

Qualifications

• Qualification in learning and development or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience delivering internal training to diverse employee groups.
• Ability to create engaging learning materials with SME input.
• Experience with LMS platforms such as 360 Learning or Moodle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding and internal training across digital, virtual, blended and in-person formats.
• Work with Global HR and leaders to identify learning needs and delivery methods.
• Develop and update learner-focused materials with SMEs.
• Deliver training and adapt content to learner needs and context.
• Manage training schedules, logistics, and learning records.
• Evaluate learning participation and effectiveness using data.
