Headquartered in the UK, Vitalograph has operations in Ireland, Germany and the USA. Our mission is to improve patient lives by designing and manufacturing market leading products and services.
At Vitalograph, we offer more than just a job. As a global leader in medical respiratory diagnostics, you'll be at the heart of ground-breaking technology used to diagnose respiratory disorders worldwide.
Education is a powerful value multiplier for Vitalograph and will play a central role in supporting V30, Vitalograph’s 2030 strategy. To support this, training and education activities are being brought together within a newly defined Learning, Development & Delivery (LDD) function.
LDD will operate as an organisational Centre of Expertise for learning, development and delivery, building organisational capability and creating a more integrated and consistent approach to learning. It will provide customers, partners and employees with a clear, accessible learning journey that enables confident and competent use of Vitalograph products and supports business priorities, customer needs, RDS and upcoming trials.
Reporting to the LDD Senior Operations Lead, the LDD Workforce Development Specialist will develop and deliver high-quality learning experiences that build organisational capability and support Vitalograph’s strategic priorities. Working closely with Global HR, departmental leaders, managers, subject matter experts and the wider LDD team, the role will identify learning needs and manage the full training lifecycle, from needs analysis and learning design through to delivery and evaluation. The role will support onboarding, role competence, continuous professional development and a consistent organisation-wide learning culture. It will also use learning data, stakeholder insight and learner feedback to improve capability, learner experience and training effectiveness, ensuring learning remains current, well governed and aligned with business needs.
The LDD Workforce Development Specialist will strengthen organisational capability by ensuring employees receive consistent, accessible and effective learning throughout their employment journey. By improving onboarding, supporting role competence, maintaining reliable learning records and using evidence to enhance training, the role will contribute to employee confidence, operational consistency, compliance and the successful delivery of Vitalograph’s strategic priorities.
