Job summary

TELUS Digital Ireland is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist/Trainer to design, deliver, and continuously improve training programs that empower our teams. The role is onsite in Cork, Ireland, with salary range €34,400–€37,000 gross per year plus up to 10% performance bonus.

You will partner with TELUS Digital teams to create engaging materials, deliver dynamic sessions, and provide onboarding support while staying current on product updates and privacy protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering training programs (ideally in BPO, tech, and customer-facing environments).
• Translate complex product/technical knowledge into clear, engaging content.
• Experience with learning management systems, video conferencing, and training tools.
• Experience delivering training to large groups and managing diverse learner needs.
• Excellent IT skills and comfort with technology platforms.
• Strong proficiency (C1/C2) in the English Language.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training modules covering product features, privacy protocols, and customer support best practices.
• Create comprehensive, engaging course materials (manuals, handouts, case studies, exercises, assessments) that reflect current product updates and customer needs.
• Incorporate real-world scenarios and case examples to enhance learning and retention.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and refine content based on learning outcomes and feedback.
• Stay current on product developments, privacy protocols, and industry best practices.
