Job summary

Vantive in Ireland is seeking a Business Process Optimisation Specialist to lead day-to-day operations improvement across value streams, focusing on safety, quality, delivery and cost using Lean tools and the Vantive Operating System.

You will collaborate with Value Stream Managers and Supervisors to drive continuous improvement, lead small projects, and support 6S, Kaizen and Standardized Work initiatives to foster GMP-compliant, safety-minded performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing with a flexible, innovative approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication and analytical thinking.
• Change and continuous improvement acumen.
• Energy and enthusiasm for driving change and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Production support and process improvement.
• Collaborate with Value Stream Managers to meet KPIs for safety, quality, delivery and cost.
• Support new product development and implementation.
• Maintain a safety-oriented culture and GMP-compliant environment.
• Lead small projects and support larger projects in Value Streams.
• Deploy the Vantive Operating System and act as change champion within the Value Streams.
• Support 6S, Kaizens, iCare and Standardized Work initiatives.
