Job summary

KOSTAL IRELAND GmbH is seeking an Operational Excellence Facilitator to drive lean initiatives across the manufacturing value stream in Ireland. You will lead workshops, coach teams, and standardize processes while collaborating across sites, with emphasis on EHS and continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in Kostal or similar environments, strong problem-solving, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment and applying lean tools.
• Proven leadership and ability to coordinate improvement roadmaps.
• Change management mindset and problem-solving approach.
• Strong written and spoken English for international collaboration.
• Familiarity with project management practices is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify and realise optimization potentials in operations/administration.
• Prepare, coordinate and support maturity and performance improvement projects.
• Drive project progress and escalate issues as needed.
• Mentor teams and promote knowledge sharing within an international network.
• Follow Operational Excellence project methodology and promote EHS responsibilities.
