Job summary

Mastercard Ireland is seeking a Lead Product Manager - Technical within the Advisors & Transformation group to partner with business, AI, data and engineering to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The PM-T will drive AI adoption, orchestrate large language model integrations, and collaborate with governance and security teams to deliver production-ready intelligence capabilities across thousands of advisors and consultants.

Qualifications

5+ years in a similar role.
Experience managing products, programs, or technology services.
Ability to align customer needs with product roadmaps.
Skilled at defining objectives, success metrics, and business outcomes.
Experience translating customer use cases into prioritized, testable backlogs.
End-to-end software delivery and customer onboarding experience.
Ability to coordinate across engineering teams, product, consultancy, vendors, and multiple locations.
Strong prioritization, organization, and execution skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Can explain complex technical concepts to business and governance stakeholders.
Strong facilitation skills for workshops, training, and problem-solving sessions.
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Collaborative mindset with a focus on engineering excellence.
Experience building or integrating solutions using: Large Language Models (LLMs)
AI services
Agent frameworks
Workflow/orchestration platforms
Prompt engineering
AI evaluation frameworks
Guardrails and monitoring

Responsibilities

Analyze existing work flows for advisory projects.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business asks into technical requirements.
Clearly communicate technical requirements to the development team and address concerns.
Define requirements to integrate LLMs, AI services, agent frameworks, and workflow platforms.
Identify dependencies and impacts of new development work.
Collaborate with developers on software designs.
Serve as a technical consultant during implementation.
Lead review sessions of technical requirements.
Help lead AI adoption across the group with tools like Claude, CoPilot, CoWork.
