Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Product Manager - Technical within the Advisors & Transformation group to translate business needs into AI-enabled product requirements. This role partners with business, product, AI, data, and engineering teams to build scalable, production-ready capabilities that accelerate consulting through AI and technology.

The PM-T will drive technical storytelling, requirements reviews, and collaboration with enterprise AI, governance, and security teams.

Qualifications

5+ years in a similar Lead Product/PM role or senior technial product positions.
Experience translating business needs into technical requirements for AI-enabled products.
Strong ability to define objectives, metrics, and delivery plans.
Proven track record coordinating across engineering, product, consultancy, vendors and multiple locations.
Experience building or integrating solutions using AI tools and LLMs.

Responsibilities

Analyze and translate advisory/consultancy workflows into technical requirements for AI-enabled products.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align business asks with roadmaps.
Communicate clearly technical requirements to development teams and governance to бизнес stakeholders.
Define delivery plans and oversee end-to-end software delivery and onboarding.
Coordinate across engineering, product, consultancy, vendors, and locations.
Lead workshops and reviews of technical requirements with stakeholders.
Mentor junior team members and promote engineering excellence.
Drive AI adoption using tools like Claude, CoPilot, CoWork.
Ensure governance, security, and responsible AI practices in implementations.
