Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar role.
• Experience managing products, programs, or technology services.
• Ability to align customer needs with product roadmaps.
• Skilled at defining objectives, success metrics, and business outcomes.
• Experience translating customer use cases into prioritized, testable backlogs.
• End-to-end software delivery and customer onboarding experience.
• Ability to coordinate across engineering teams, product, consultancy, vendors, and multiple locations.
• Strong prioritization, organization, and execution skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current workflows for advisory & consultancy projects.
• Translate business asks into technical requirements for development teams.
• Communicate requirements clearly to engineers and stakeholders.
• Ensure integration of LLMs, AI services, and orchestration platforms.
• Identify dependencies and impacts of new development work.
• Collaborate with developers on software designs.
• Mentor junior team members during implementation.
• Lead reviews of technical requirements and AI adoption initiatives.
