5+ years in a similar role.
Experience managing products, programs, or technology services.
Ability to align customer needs with product roadmaps.
Define objectives, success metrics, and business outcomes.
Translate customer use cases into prioritized, testable backlogs.
End-to-end software delivery and customer onboarding experience.

Responsibilities

Perform Analysis of existing work flows for various projects in the advisory & consultancy space.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business asks into technical requirements.
Communicate technical requirements to development teams clearly.
Define requirements to integrate LLMs, AI services, and agent frameworks.
Lead review sessions of technical requirements.
Mentor and guide junior team members.
