You will provide technical guidance, coordinate activity schedules, mentor staff, and work with clients to align design with expectations, while supporting a hybrid working model and a strong focus on safety and inclusion.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience leading teams of engineers and designers.
• Chartered engineer and degree in civil/structural engineering are required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of engineers and designers to deliver structural deliverables on time and within budget.
• Provide technical direction and act as a specialist on complex assignments.
