Cashel Palace is seeking a Lead Spa Host/Spa Front of House Lead to join our Wellness team. You will lead the Spa Reception and Spa Attendant teams, ensuring a seamless five-star experience from pre-arrival to departure.

Ideal candidates are experienced in luxury hotel spa environments, highly organised, and confident using reservation systems. Weekend work may be required as part of a luxury hospitality operation.

Qualifications

• Experience leading spa/front-of-house teams.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage bookings, payments and guest information.

Responsibilities

• Lead Spa Reception and Spa Attendant teams, setting high standards.
• Model warm, personalised five-star service.
• Oversee day-to-day spa front-of-house operations, rosters and cover.
• Ensure bookings, treatments, payments and handovers are accurate.
