The Spa at Ashford Castle invites applications for a Spa Receptionist & Attendant. You will warmly welcome guests, manage appointments, promote treatments, and uphold luxury spa standards to ensure a seamless guest experience.

The successful candidate will work across reception and attendant duties with flexibility, contributing to a calm, immaculate spa environment and engaging in ongoing training within a Forbes Five-Star context.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or spa settings preferred.
• Ability to greet guests warmly and handle enquiries.
• Maintain spa facilities to luxury standards.
• Comfort with cash handling and bookings.

Responsibilities

• Reception: Welcome guests, manage reservations, bookings and payments.
• Reception: Promote treatments and wellness experiences to guests.
• Reception: Maintain guest records and communicate with Therapists.
• Spa Attendant: Keep facilities clean and well-presented, replenish amenities.
• Spa Attendant: Support opening, daytime and closing duties.
• Spa Attendant: Assist with room preparation and hygiene procedures.
