Relais & Châteaux Cashel Palace welcomes you to join The Boutique within our Wellness team, delivering warm, personalised luxury service to discerning guests.

As an Experienced Boutique Sales Assistant, you will develop intimate knowledge of premium brands, build relationships with local and visiting guests, and drive sales through thoughtful recommendations and gifting, while upholding five-star presentation across The Boutique and related hotel experiences.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience of engaging customers and confidently closing sales.
• Genuine interest in luxury, wellness, beauty, fashion, lifestyle and gifting.
• Strong commercial awareness and an interest in sales performance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and pride in presentation.
• Initiative, reliability and the ability to work independently while remaining part of a wider team.
• Flexibility to work across our seven‑day operation, including weekends and public holidays as rostered.

Responsibilities

• Creating a warm, engaging and highly personalised experience for every guest
• Proactively engaging with guests, understanding their needs and confidently turning conversations into sales
• Developing exceptional knowledge of our brands and products and bringing their stories to life
• Building relationships with returning, local and resident guests and supporting a more personalised approach to clientele
• Driving sales through thoughtful recommendation, cross-selling and gifting opportunities
• Maintaining beautiful merchandising, presentation and five-star Boutique standards throughout the day
• Supporting new product launches, brand activations, Wellness events and seasonal campaigns
• Processing transactions accurately and supporting stock, deliveries, replenishment and stock movements
• Understanding what is selling, what guests are asking for and where commercial opportunities may exist
• Working collaboratively across The Spa, Wellness, Recharge and the wider hotel to create a seamless guest journey
