Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd in Celbridge is recruiting a Project Manager to lead delivery on a housing development in Co. Kildare.

You will oversee the site team, subcontractors and suppliers, driving programme, cost, quality and H&S performance from pre-construction through handover. The ideal candidate will have proven PM experience with a main contractor, a degree in Construction Management or Engineering, strong MS Project skills, and excellent leadership and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a main contractor.
• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.
• Strong programming skills (MS Project or similar) and reporting.
• Excellent leadership, client and stakeholder management skills.
• Full driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to handover.
• Manage the site team, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Drive programme, cost, quality and health & safety performance.
• Act as the main point of contact for the client and design team.
• Work with the commercial team on cost control and change management.
• Report progress and risks to senior management.
