Job summary

Mastercard is seeking an experienced Manager to lead Product Experience & Design within the AI & Data organization. You will shape next-generation agentic experiences, collaborating across UX researchers, product designers, product managers, and engineers to craft data-driven solutions that elevate Mastercard's customer experiences.

You’ll drive design thinking, build scalable design systems, and contribute to innovative product concepts that improve conversion and user satisfaction

Qualifications

• Over 6 years of UX/UI design experience for consumer-facing products and B2B solutions.
• Mastery of Figma, including components, prototyping, and scalable design systems.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tooling (e.g., Figma Make) to speed ideation and iteration.
• Hands-on prototyping approaches where design and code converge (Vibe Coding or similar).
• Ability to iterate and craft detailing new components based on a design North Star.
• Strong UX focus and understanding of component properties, behaviors and grids.
• Ability to think strategically about product strategy and articulate design iterations.
• Adaptability and proactive collaboration in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to design system collaborations between Design, Product and Engineering.
• Ensure UX aligns with business objectives and user engagement alongside Product Design partners.
• Ideate and conceptualize new features aligned with product strategies.
• Rapid prototyping of PoCs and MVPs using human-centered design principles.
• Create visual designs and reusable components via high-fidelity assets and user flows.
• Adapt and iterate PoC components onto the Design System.
• Improve efficiency in the design process and overall product experience using atomic design.
