Zusammenfassung

CPL in partnership with our client are seeking an experienced Person in Charge to lead a residential service in Ireland. You will oversee operational management, governance, and quality of care, ensuring HIQA compliance and delivering person-centred care to residents and families.

The role requires a nursing qualification, at least 3 years of management experience in health or social care, and strong leadership and governance abilities to drive service excellence and team development.

Qualifikationen

• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations and safeguarding requirements.
