The ideal candidate has 5+ years in payment fraud or risk, strong SQL/data-analysis skills, and a proven track record of leading complex investigations and mentoring others.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payment fraud, payment abuse, payments risk, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex payment abuse investigations and drive remediation.
• Use SQL and data analysis to identify fraud trends and insights.
• Monitor regulatory thresholds and support compliance efforts.
• Improve fraud controls, workflows, and monitoring frameworks.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, Payments, Operations to address risks.
• Own initiatives from identification to impact measurement in ambiguous environments.
• Serve as escalation point and mentor team members.
• Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement of Payment Abuse programs.
