Job summary

Irish Mechanical Services Contractor, based in Mayo, Ireland, is seeking a Mechanical Project Engineer to take ownership of mechanical projects from planning through installation and handover. You will coordinate with site teams, procurement, and clients to ensure on-time delivery of technically demanding packages.

This role offers a salary up to €75,000 DOE, a company vehicle and a bonus. The position is based in Co Mayo, with opportunities to work across Ireland, the UK and Germany as part of

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience delivering mechanical projects in construction, building services or engineering.
• Proven ability to drive projects and keep to programme milestones.
• Strong technical knowledge of mechanical services, piping, fabrication and installation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of mechanical projects from planning through handover.
• Develop and manage project programmes and milestones.
• Coordinate installation works with site teams and supervisors.
• Manage procurement of mechanical equipment, materials and packages.
• Review drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
• Coordinate piping and mechanical servicesInstallation with stakeholders.
• Monitor progress and ensure quality inspections meet specs.
