Job summary

INFORM3 Recruitment is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to lead diverse Mayo-based projects from planning to handover. You will drive programmes, budgets and quality, coordinating engineers, QS, site managers, subcontractors and staff to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in mechanical project management, with a solid mechanical/building services background and strong contractual/commercial understanding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Mechanical Project Manager.
• Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or Plumbing background with proven progression into project management.
• Strong understanding of technical, commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects.
• Excellent financial management, planning and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from inception through to completion, ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget.
• Develop, implement and monitor project programmes, budgets and quality standards.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, quantity surveyors, site managers, subcontractors and support staff.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee project finances, commercial performance and contractual obligations.
• Ensure all health and safety standards and company procedures are maintained across projects.
• Produce and maintain accurate project documentation, reports and records.
• Carry out regular site audits and monitor project progress to ensure quality and compliance.
