Job summary

Greystar seeks a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee and perform maintenance across buildings, grounds, and common areas. You will manage turnovers, coordinate contractors, and ensure safety and cleanliness to Greystar standards.

The role offers a base salary of €35,000–€38,000 with eligibility for on-site bonus programs. Experience in residential maintenance and strong safety knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance in residential settings.
• Ability to manage preventative maintenance and contractor supervision.
• Strong health and safety knowledge and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and performs maintenance across buildings, grounds, and common areas.
• Manage turnover process and coordinate contractors and vendors on site.
• Perform annual PAT testing and emergency lighting checks.
• Maintain inventory and stay within budget with Community Manager.
• Respond to emergency situations on call outside of hours.
