Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking an experienced esthetician to lead the Luxury Beauty Room across the ROI, delivering elevated La Mer treatments and a premium guest experience in Dublin, Dundrum, Limerick and Cork.

You will coach and develop teams, lead esthetician education, and drive education through demonstrations and launches. The role requires travel between locations and a strong focus on sales, client retention and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Recognised esthetician qualification from CIDESCO, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years’ professional esthetics experience in a luxury market.
• Proven experience with coaching, training or mentoring others to deliver brand protocols.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting sales, events, launches and client retention.
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations and work flexibly for business needs.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Beauty Room activity across ROI to deliver a consistent luxury guest experience.
• Deliver rotating treatments in Dublin, Dundrum, Limerick and Cork.
• Coach and develop Estheticians, Experts and Counter Managers.
• Lead esthetician education, capability assessment and certification across ROI.
• Deliver education through demonstrations, coaching and feedback.
• Partner with Education and store teams to deliver launches and events.
• Maximise guest conversion through personalised regimens and rebooking.
• Monitor room utilisation, bookings and sales to identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain high La Mer brand, treatment, hygiene and operational standards.
• Share insights to drive continuous improvement.
