Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a senior esthetician/lead to manage Beauty Room activity across ROI, delivering elevated luxury experiences and rotating treatments in Dublin, Limerick, Cork and Dundrum.

You will coach, educate and certify teams, while maintaining La Mer brand protocols. In this role you will partner with Education leads to launch events, drive appointments, train staff and maximise guest conversions through personalised regimens and product education, across multiple

Qualifications

• Recognised esthetician qualification from CIDESCO, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Minimum of three years’ professional esthetics experience in a luxury market.
• Proven coaching/training or mentoring experience with ability to lead groups and individuals.
• Strong commercial awareness with experience supporting sales, events, launches and client retention.

Responsibilities

• Lead Beauty Room activity across ROI, ensuring a consistent, elevated luxury guest experience.
• Deliver rotating treatments across Dublin, Dundrum, Limerick and Cork while maintaining La Mer protocols.
