Job summary
Search Talent is recruiting for a growing Irish contractor to appoint an experienced Project Manager who can lead multidisciplinary site teams across Leinster, delivering complex residential, commercial and industrial developments. You will take full responsibility for delivering projects safely, on programme and within budget, while collaborating with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
3+ years' experience, main contractor background, and a Construction Management or Civil Engineering
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience managing construction projects.
- Experience working with a main contractor.
- Construction Management or Civil Engineering qualification.
Responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for delivering major construction projects.
- Lead site management teams and subcontractors.
- Plan works, manage programmes and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Manage project budgets, procurement and commercial performance.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers and design teams.
- Identify risks and implement practical solutions.
- Drive quality, health & safety on site.
