Job summary

Quest Recruitment in Ireland seeks a Vice President to lead one or more Investor Services teams within its expanding Alternative Funds business. The role may support Hedge Fund or Private Assets clients and combines senior client management, operational leadership and risk oversight.

You will own senior client relationships, drive improvements, coach teams and work closely with Fund Accounting, AML/KYC, Treasury, Compliance and Legal to support onboarding and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience within Alternative Funds Investor Services, Transfer Agency or Shareholder Services.
• Strong Hedge Fund and/or Private Assets experience.
• Proven track record managing sizeable operational teams.
• Experience owning complex, senior-level client relationships.
• Knowledge of investor transactions, reporting, controls and operational risk.
• Exposure to accounting, NAV or performance-reporting processes.
• Ability to lead through change and improve service delivery across multiple teams.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and commercial communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead one or more Investor Services teams and own senior client relationships.
• Ensure daily, monthly and periodic deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
• Oversee investor transactions, reporting, controls and shareholder servicing.
• Monitor service levels, KPIs and operational risk indicators.
• Lead investigation and resolution of incidents and complex client issues.
• Drive improvements across processes, controls and client servicing arrangements.
• Manage team performance, resource planning and succession.
• Coach AVPs, Supervisors and wider Investor Services teams.
• Collaborate with Fund Accounting, AML/KYC, Treasury, Compliance and Legal.
• Support client onboarding, new-business pitches and strategic initiatives.
• Represent the function during senior client, auditor and governance meetings.
