Job summary

Quest Recruitment is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Client Oversight Operations and Transformation in Dublin. This role leads service delivery across hedge fund clients, overseeing local and offshore teams, while acting as a senior client contact.

You will drive performance, manage KPIs/SLAs, and lead process improvements to make the operating model more controlled, efficient and scalable.

Qualifications

Three to four years Hedge Fund Accounting experience.
Two years supervisory or people-management experience.
Strong knowledge of complex hedge fund structures and OTC derivatives.
Experience overseeing offshore teams or outsourced service delivery is a plus.
Track record of managing performance, deadlines, KPIs or SLAs.
Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Interest in process improvement, automation and operational projects.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach and develop team members with focus on performance and career growth.
Oversee offshore Centres of Excellence fund accounting services.
Ensure client KPIs, SLAs and reporting deadlines are met.
Build relationships with clients and manage service issues and priorities.
Review performance data and service metrics to identify risks or improvements.
Drive process optimisation, automation and efficiency initiatives.
Support operational projects and system enhancements.
Implement new clients and products in a controlled, scalable way.
Collaborate with Investor Services, Custody, Depositary, Product, Technology and other teams.
Support succession planning and performance reviews.
