Qualifications
5+ years experience in a security control room or SOC environment.
2+ years in a supervisory or lead operator role.
Experience managing live security incidents.
Strong working knowledge of CCTV, access control, and alarm systems.
PSA licence (or eligibility to obtain).
Responsibilities
Act as on-shift authority for all security incidents.
Lead incidents end-to-end: detection, validation, escalation, coordination, containment, resolution, and review.
Direct on-site response teams and allocate resources effectively.
Liaise with emergency services and law enforcement.
Maintain command logs and ensure a full audit trail.
