Qualifications

• Four years of experience in the security industry with management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and security technologies.
• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in a related field preferred.
• CPP or PSP certifications are advantageous, travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage onsite security team operations and incident escalations.
• Ensure compliance with client security policies and documentation.
• Provide reports and briefings to client stakeholders as required.
• Train and supervise security staff to meet client standards.
• Support crisis management and vendor coordination on site.
