Job summary

Echelon-DC is seeking a Group Project Information Manager to lead the information management and document control across its data centre portfolio. This role provides functional leadership, sets group-wide standards, and ensures compliant, high-quality information delivery across all project phases.

You'll collaborate with BIM, IT, and operations teams to implement controls, governance and training, ensuring timely access to accurate information and robust handover documentation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading information management and document control in complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of information governance, quality assurance, and compliance.
• Experience with Common Data Environments and document management tools.
• Ability to lead and develop cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the project information management and document control function across the portfolio.
• Establish and maintain group-wide information management standards and procedures.
• Ensure information compliance with contractual, regulatory, and ISO-based requirements.
• Collaborate with BIM Lead to align information processes with project lifecycle.
• Coach and develop team members and deliver training on document control systems.
