Job summary

Echelon Data Centres is seeking an experienced Group Project Information Manager to lead the project information management and document control across the Group’s portfolio of mission-critical developments, including data centres and substations.

You will establish Group-wide standards, work with the BIM Lead, and ensure information is created, reviewed, approved, stored, and handed over in line with contractual, regulatory, and organisational requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading information management or document control in complex projects.
• Subject matter expert in document lifecycles, metadata, numbering, and workflows.
• Ability to mentor and develop information management personnel.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 or equivalent standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead information management and document control across the project lifecycle.
• Define standards and ensure consistent implementation across projects.
• Collaborate with BIM Lead to align information requirements and processes.
• Govern and improve group-wide information policies, templates and workflows.
• Manage risk-based audits and track corrective actions to closure.
• Develop portfolio-level information management documentation and guidance.
• Provide input to project mobilisation, execution plans, and handover arrangements.
• Ensure handover information (as-built, O&M, asset data) is complete and accurate.
