Job summary

Echelon Data Centres is recruiting an experienced Electrical and I&C Lead to oversee end-to-end electrical and I&C works across Phase 3 Energy Center projects. You will manage procurement input, design review, construction, testing and handover, collaborating with Power Delivery, Engineering, Commissioning and Campus teams.

The role requires 8+ years in relevant sectors and a strong track record in contractor management, QA, and safety.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in large-scale data-centre, power plant, or heavy electrical and I&C construction.
• Experience leading electrical and I&C scopes, procurement input, and commissioning.
• Strong contractor management and QA processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electrical and I&C scope, technical specifications for procurement inputs.
• Coordinate site teams and contractors; monitor workmanship quality and safety.
• Manage pre-commissioning activities and ensure readiness for energisation and startup.
• Lead testing, FAT/SAT input, and assemble test evidence for electrical and I&C systems.
• Deliver complete handover packs (as-built, manuals, spares) and support operations.
