Job summary

Ornua is seeking a Lead Export Documentation Controller in Dublin to lead export documentation across international shipments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with market and regulatory requirements.

You will act as the SME for export documentation, guide the team on complex markets and controls, and support the Export Documentation Manager while driving standardisation and data-driven improvements across the function.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day export documentation coordination to ensure accurate, timely and compliant documents.
• Provide SME guidance on complex markets, certificates of origin and regulatory controls.
• Maintain governance and escalate risks to protect service and compliance.
• Cover and support the Export Documentation Manager as needed, prioritising workload.
