Job summary

Ornua in Dublin is seeking an Analytics Manager to lead a data science team and drive value through AI-powered analytics across the business.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, shape end-to-end analytics lifecycle from discovery to deployment, and operate in a global consumer goods context with cross-functional collaboration.

Reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics, this role blends leadership with hands-on data science and platform collaboration to elevate data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience of at least 3 years with data science teams.
• Strong grounding in data science methods and ML lifecycle.
• Ability to translate business needs into analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Data Scientists.
• Oversee design, build, deployment, and scaling of DS solutions.
• Translate business challenges into actionable analytics and AI solutions.
• Guide delivery of predictive and prescriptive analytics using ML.
• Establish and govern DS lifecycle practices including MLOps.
• Drive insights through data discovery, visualization, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with data engineering, master data, and ICT teams.
