Job summary

Ornua is seeking a CoE Demand Planning Manager in Dublin to design, govern, and continuously improve demand planning across all markets. You will lead a governance framework, develop standard methods, and synthesize market data into a single group view for leadership review.

You will drive training, data quality, and collaboration with IT, finance and commercial teams to underpin the OBP process and ensure consistent forecasting performance across regions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in supply chain planning including demand planning, S&OP or related disciplines.
• Proven leadership experience managing planning teams in FMCG/manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• Experience operating within regional or global planning organisations.
• Strong forecasting expertise, bias/accuracy measurement, and planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the Group demand planning standard across markets.
• Consolidate market plans into a single group view by category, region and channel.
• Lead governance and training to ensure compliance with the standard.
• Partner with markets, IT and finance to evolve the COE planning technology stack.
• Produce Monthly/Period-end Group Demand Review packs with insights for leadership.
