Job summary

Codema is recruiting a Project Delivery Lead to lead our District Heating team and drive Dublin’s district heating projects from feasibility through procurement and into delivery. The Team Lead role involves line management, setting direction and ensuring quality across multiple schemes.

The role requires a strong leader with at least five years’ experience in infrastructure delivery, and a track record of working with public authorities, funding bodies and partners.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing a project delivery team in the infrastructure sector.
• Degree relevant to the delivery of infrastructure projects (NFQ Level 7/8).
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience of public procurement and contracts.
• Experience with district heating or energy infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the District Heating team and allocate resources across a portfolio of projects.
• Represent Codema with local authorities, public bodies and stakeholders on district heating.
• Oversee delivery from feasibility through procurement to operation and ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate district heating with local area plans and infrastructure programmes.
• Engage with policy makers and funding bodies to support project opportunities.
