Job summary

Gi Group Ireland is recruiting a Construction Site Manager for a major commercial project in Dublin. This full-time fixed-term role runs through March 2027 and focuses on safe, on-time delivery of works on site.

You will lead on-site teams, coordinate subcontractors and materials, monitor milestones, and report progress to clients and senior management. A minimum of 5 years’ construction management experience and relevant safety certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in construction management, preferably commercial projects.
• Certifications in construction management and health & safety.
• Legal authorization to work in Ireland and residence in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the construction site daily.
• Direct and supervise all on-site activities.
• Coordinate subcontractors and material deliveries.
• Drive delivery to align with designs, specs, and deadlines.
• Provide progress updates to leadership.
