Job summary

Sigmar Recruitment is seeking an experienced Site Manager for a Dublin-based project with a leading contractor. You will take responsibility for day-to-day site delivery, safety, and quality on site, coordinating subcontractors and trades to keep the programme on track.

The role is based in Dublin with a strong pipeline of projects and a competitive package. The position requires a construction qualification, Safe Pass, excellent leadership, and the ability to manage multiple trades to meet

Qualifications

• Experience as a Site Manager with a main contractor or residential developer.
• Proven safe delivery of construction projects.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to lead multiple trades and coordinate subcontractors.
• Solid knowledge of construction methods and regulations.
• Safe Pass and relevant safety certifications.
• Willingness to work on Dublin projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site activities and personnel.
• Ensure delivery to programme, budget and quality.
• Maintain health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with contracts managers, engineers and design teams.
• Monitor progress and report milestones.
• Manage site documentation, inspections and quality control.
• Identify and resolve issues affecting delivery.
• Coordinate materials, labour and plant efficiently.
