Job summary

Sodexo is seeking an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Dell Technologies in Dublin. You will drive high-quality food, manage daily production, and ensure excellent customer experiences while controlling costs.

• Relevant culinary qualifications and training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the kitchen team and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Manage daily food production and ensure services meet deadlines and standards.
• Control labour, food, and operational costs within budget.
• Manage stock, purchasing and supplier relationships.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and COSHH.
• Drive continuous improvement and new food service initiatives.
• Build strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train and develop staff and oversee unit in manager's absence.
