Job summary

Sodexo Ltd. is seeking a Head Chef to lead a busy kitchen team at Dell Technologies in Dublin, delivering high-quality catering and outstanding customer service. You will manage daily production, control costs and drive menus and service standards in a compliance-driven environment.

We are looking for a culinary leader with hands-on experience, strong budgets skills, and a passion for innovation. You’ll mentor staff, build client relationships and maintain top-tier food safety and hygiene

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a kitchen team.
• Strong budget control and cost awareness.
• Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation and service.
• Manage daily food production and ensure catering services are delivered on time and to agreed standards.
• Control labour, food and operational costs within budget.
• Manage stock, purchasing and supplier relationships.
• Ensure full compliance with food safety, Health & Safety, hygiene, COSHH and company procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement, innovation and new food service initiatives.
• Build strong relationships with the client and support excellent customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, motivate and develop your team, creating a positive and professional working environment.
• Support the wider operation and take responsibility for the unit in the absence of the General Manager.

What you’ll be doing
