Job summary

Crown is hiring an experienced Estimator to own the estimating process for high-value building envelope projects. You will review tender information, prepare quantities and cost estimates, and develop rate build-ups while coordinating with Commercial, Pre-Construction, Design and Operations teams.

Travel to site and Crown HQ is required as part of the role. The role requires experience in construction estimating, especially in roofing, cladding or façades, plus strong IT skills and

Qualifications

• Experienced Estimator in construction required.
• Experience estimating roofing, cladding or façades preferred.
• Strong IT skills and experience with estimating software.
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills.
• Ability to communicate with multiple stakeholders and negotiate

Responsibilities

• Review tender enquiries, drawings, specs and docs.
• Maintain tender/opportunity overview and project pipeline.
• Prepare Bills of Quantities and project cost estimates.
• Develop rate build-ups ensuring margins.
• Negotiate quotations with suppliers/subcontractors.
• Support handover to project teams and post-award activities.
