Job summary

Crown is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of major roofing and cladding projects across Ireland, the UK and Europe. This on-site role in Dublin requires delivering high-profile builds on programme and within budget, while leading multidisciplinary teams to ensure safety, quality and commercial success.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience in roofing/cladding
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
• Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Microsoft Project advantageous

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects across Ireland, the UK, and Europe, ensuring delivery in line with programme, budget and quality standards
• Ensure labour resources across projects, align with health and safety legislation
• Procure materials, negotiate value with suppliers, and manage scheduling and tracking
• Manage plant/equipment, ensuring compliance and suitability
• Deliver works in accordance with drawings, specifications and contractual requirements
• Coordinate site inspections and quality assurance procedures
• Prepare site risk assessments and method statements
• Collaborate with planners to maintain programmes and communicate updates to clients
• Work with design team to ensure cost-effective, compliant solutions
• Attend site coordination meetings with main contractors and clients
• Review Bills of Quantities with QS team and monitor costs
• Report variations to Project Director and Commercial team
• Re-measure completed works and submit to Contracts Manager
• Coordinate with suppliers for deliveries and site quality checks
• Issue weekly reports to clients and senior management
• Build relationships with site teams, subcontractors and clients
• Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance
• Maintain site records including daily diaries and photos
• Uphold Crown’s professional image
• Work on-site in Dublin with flexible project-related requirements
