Job summary

Recruit Engineers is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist / Project Manager for its Navan, Co. Meath office. The role combines technical design leadership with project management across commercial, healthcare and residential sectors.

You will coordinate with internal teams, consultants and contractors to ensure the highest standards and on-time delivery within budget. AutoCAD proficiency is essential to produce and review detailed drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology.
• Ideally 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong technical design and construction detailing experience.
• Proven project management and project coordination experience.
• High-level proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
• Knowledge of Irish or UK Building Regulations.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Project Management software.
• Excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills.
• Full clean driving licence.
• Eligibility to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design, coordination and delivery of projects.
• Manage projects from design/planning through construction and completion.
• Prepare, review and coordinate detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
• Develop and review construction details, specifications and technical information.
• Coordinate design information among architects, engineers, consultants and contractors.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, coordinated and issued within programmes.
• Assist with project planning, programming, procurement and delivery.
• Monitor progress, costs, quality and schedule; resolve issues.
• Attend project/site meetings and provide progress updates.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers and consultants.
