Qualifications

5+ years in a relevant product/technical leadership role.
Experience delivering software-enabled products end-to-end.
Strong communication with business and technical stakeholders.
Ability to coordinate across engineering, product, consultancy, vendors and locations.

Responsibilities

Analyze current advisory workflows and articulate technical requirements.
Partner with stakeholders to translate business asks into technical plans.
Communicate technical requirements clearly to development teams; balance business needs.
Define requirements to integrate LLMs, AI services, agent frameworks, and orchestration platforms.
Identify dependencies and impacts of new work; support delivery planning.
Mentor junior team members and drive engineering excellence.
